Geology of the Isle of Man Workshop
The Shearwaters had a great time at the Manx Museum learning about geology on the Isle of Man. They tested the water absorption of a variety of rocks (porosity), looked at them in detail through microscopes, classified them using a key and investigated which were the hardest / softest.
