Eco-Club Restore Bug Hotel

With help from Beth Penhallurick, the new Education Officer with Manx Wildlife Trust, Eco-Club restored the bug hotel originally built by Mrs Lowe and her class several years ago. Bug hotels provide hidey-holes for creatures galore. Building a bug hotel can provide a safe hideaway for wildlife. A well-built hotel, made from natural materials and garden waste, can shelter anything from hedgehogs to frogs, solitary bees to bumblebees, and ladybirds to woodlice.
